  10. Dear Keith and Creighton and family,

I was so sorry to see that dear Avis passed away on Sunday. She was a special cousin to us. She was a link to our grandmother and Aunt Leona who we never got to know except through stories and remembrances. She did so much for the Elma community and was always good for a laugh. She was one of a kind and a great spirit.
I know you will miss her greatly.
    Love and Prayers, June Kinney

  13. Keith, Creighton and family, it is so sad to find out my cousin passed away but with her spirit being so strong and accepting, I’m sure she would want us to celebrate her life. We’ve always looked forward to our visits because she had that spark and that perception to keep the conversation amusing. I always appreciated hearing her stories about growing up in Elma and her family’s time living on the Kinney farm, our grandparents, aunts and uncles. I know you will miss her greatly and the many people she helped will remember her warmly. Carol Pritchett

  14. Keith, Creighton, and family…
My heart and prayers go out to you for this great loss. Without a doubt, Avis was one of the kindest and most loving people I have ever known. I know her reward in heaven is great. This is fitting as she was in my mind a truly great person. In Avis, I felt I had an additional aunt who looked out for me and really cared.
May God bless and comfort your hearts now and always!

    Michael Birmingham

She was such a good support to all of the youth that needed a little extra guidance. She will leave a big void in your lives and ours. Thanks for sharing her with all of us all these years. You have my prayers and sympathy. Sr.Margaret Friedhoff
