Sorry to hear of your loss. Will always have fond memories at Loras and our recent visit.
We were shocked and devastated to hear about Dick. Having just seen him Thursday night, we were sure it was not “our Dick” that we were hearing about. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this extremely difficult time. Dick will be missed tremendously by all of us. We’ll miss his “last call” shout out, his funny nicknames for everyone, his lively political debates….. and just Dick in general. Gino’s will never be the same without him. We’ll see you when we get there Dick…..

Lynn,
Thinking of you and all the kids. We’ve loved him here at Davis Life and we will miss the visits. He personally gave me a lot of advice about life. We laughed a lot and because of him I know that people really do listen to talk radio. Oh, and because of Dick, my significant other is all about getting married on February 30th. God Bless Dick, the marriage counselor!
Let us know if you need anything.

To all the Schlindwein families,
So sorry for your loss. Wanted to extend our deepest sympathy during this difficult time. He will be missed, but he will never be forgotten.
Wonderful man he was a great friend to my Father and his family. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Very Glad to have seen Dick and Lynn last week when my father was in town.
I am so glad I got to visit with you a couple of weeks ago and see your place and your hang out. I will remember all the road trips we had together and I’m only sorry Dick started this last one without me. Will meet up later. Gene, Shirley and family
I am saddened to hear of Uncle Dick’s passing. Mom (Mary Fliger) would have liked to come up for the services but it just wasn’t possible. She is deeply saddened that both her baby brothers are now gone and that only she and Uncle Jim survive of the 12 Schlindwein children. We’ll be telling Uncle Dick stories and remembering him with laughter, smiles, and tenderness the next time I go to spend a week with her very soon now.
Midge, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Oh, the history and the memories we have to hang on to! Those were very good years in New Hampton for all of us. God bless and keep you, Midge.
Midge…Tom…Liz… Dave…Kathy…
