Liz started Conway-Markham Funeral Home & Cremation Services in 2009. Being the rock for families experiencing life's roughest storms has provided her with the greatest reward. She is incredibly honored to be entrusted by a family to care for their loved one and share their stories with our community. Northeast Iowa has been an incredible place for her to raise family, offering a wide variety of opportunities to become involved and show our true Chickasaw spirit. She has been involved with Rotary since 2009, was the president of New Horizon's Chamber, the Chairperson of the Heartland Days Pageant Committee and serve a Secretary of Trinity Lutheran's Church Council. She also serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of BRIDGE in Elma and sits in on the Elma EMS Building project board along with SOCC in Elma. Liz is the proud mother of five children ranging from 15-24. As an active family they love traveling to new destinations, hiking, kayaking and camping. Away from my family, she is an amateur photographer and rarely misses a sunset especially from a new destination.
