Guestbook

  1. Carol was my aunt through marriage. She married my dad’s brother, Paul. I am so thankful we visited Carol last September when we were in New Hampton for my 50th class reunion. I will miss Carol, and I am sure Carol and Paul are together in Heaven.

  2. I am thankful for the time I had with Carol at Kensington. She will be missed. Now who will call tenant council adjourned? My daugher, Morgan says she lost her bowling partner on the Wii. My sympathies to all who were blessed to have known her.

  3. I enjoyed being with Business and Professional Women (BPW) for a few years. I also know she had a passion for family history and I marvel at this. Carol was truly a delight to visit with and I am pleased I had the chance to know her.
My sympathy to her family and friends.

  4. Carol always amazed me at how quick she could do the word scramble puzzles while I would give her neck massage-she made me a smarter person and I consider myself blessed in knowing her.

  5. We are so sorry to hear about Carol. Seems like she lived a full life. We are sure your family has many wonderful memories of her. At times like this the Bible comforts me so much. Jesus said in John 5:28&29 there would come a time when those in the memorial tombs would hear his voice and come out. This would also be at a time when Revelation 21:3&4 says there will be no more tears, pain or death. This would all happen when God’s Kingdom comes, the same kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for in the Lord’s Prayer. What a wonderful prospect for Carol and all those in the memorial tombs now. We express our deepest sympathy. We hope you find comfort in this time of loss.

  6. My deepest sympathies to Carol’s extended family and friends. I knew Carol through my years at the Courthouse by way of historical research and politics,
and finally the senior citizens lunch group at Chickasaw Centre. She was always friendly and east to talk with.

  7. To the family of Carol: As a “neighbor” we knew Carol and Paul well and always appreciated their historical knowledge of the community, family, and antiques. Our family felt truly blessed to have known them and their generosity. Paul started some spruce trees from seedlings and felt we needed one on our corner; it stands in their memory to this day! When doing historical documentation of baskets and basket weavers, Carol was so quick to help me. I enjoyed visiting her when living close by, when she was in her apartment and at the nursing home. We will miss her.

  8. Jan. 29th………I just found out that Carol had passed away. I am sorry I missed her funeral. I want you to know that I really enjoyed knowing Carol through Trinity. The family and friends have my deepest sympathies. Connie
