David J. Beaston, age 28, of Centralia, Missouri, formerly ofElma, IA died Wednesday, October 27, 2010 unexpectedly in an automobile accident near Centralia. David James Beaston was born August 10, 1982 in New Hampton, Iowa, the son of Steve and Peggy (Chihak) Beaston. He attended Crestwood High School in Cresco, Iowa. He worked for the past five years for Designer Landscape of Columbia, Missouri and loved his work. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, golf, softball, and really enjoyed his family and friends. David is survived by his parents, Steve and Peggy (Chihak) Beaston of Centralia, Missouri; three sisters, Stephanie (Nick) Mai of Ely, Iowa, Melanie (Bill) Ondrashek of Cresco, and Wendy (Mike) Panos of Elma, Iowa; his maternal grandmother, Vincentia Chihak of Elma; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Rudy Chihak; Paternal grandparents, Elmer and Charlotte Heying; and his paternal grandfather, David Beaston. Memorials: Memorials may me directed to the family. Cemetery: Public Graveside Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, November 1, 2010 in Calvary Cemetery at Elma, Iowa with Father Ray Atwoodofficiating. Service: Memorial Services will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Fenton Funeral Home in Centralia, Missouri.
