Bonnie and family, Our sympathy and prayers to all
of you. We had many visits with Francis over the years at
the car dealership. May he now rest in peace.
Great man, meant so much to me, will be missed.
I’ll always remember Fritz with a smile on face whenever I met him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family.
Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time.
We are sad, but so grateful for Fritz’s life. In addition to being a wonderful dad, father-in-law, and grandfather, he was a great uncle to “us cousins.” Thank you, Nancy, Tom, Mark, and Tim, for sharing him with us. We will miss Fritz terribly, but will always cherish his memory…from 1958 when I first met him through his brave fight to the end. Love to Bonnie and all the “kids.” –John & Becky, Claire & Evan
Bonnie & family-sorry for your loss but now he can rest in peace. We are away from Iowa right now but keep you in our prayers..
Mark,
Thinking of you and your family.
Truly a mountain of a man yet always gentle, caring and loving. Learned many life lessons from “Uncle Fritz” with visits to the farm in my youth. I am sure he will be greatly missed by all family, loved ones and friends who crossed his path. My heart-felt condolences to Aunt Bonnie and all the rest of the Shatek family. God Bless. Gary L Burgart
Bonnie, just heard about Fritz, I remember so many good times with both of you so many years ago, I know all of you will have many memories of times gone by. Please except my deepest sympathies. May God Bless and keep you always.
I knew Fritz from Linn Haven, he was in the same hallway as my mom. He was another polka music lover, sociable, and definitely NOT a quitter when it came to getting through tough times. My sympathy to his family. Linda (Zeien) Schmickle
My sympathies to the immediate family of Francis. He had enjoyed his life, had a wonderful, loving family, and was a man of great strength and character. His memories live on in all of you!
Nancy and Family,
I will always cherish the times I had the opportunity to speak with and spend time with Fritz at family events in MN. We will keep your family in our prayers. Rest in Peace. Rita & Blade Wilson
I am so sorry to hear about Fritz. I usually read the New Hampton Paper online on Tuesday. As hard as this time is for all the family, it’s a joyous time for Fritz. His suffering is over and a new chapter in his life has begun. Hmmm…probably a few card games going on up there right now. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Beverly Valvoda

We will keep you in our prayers.
Mike, Franny and the kids.
Please accept our sincere condolences. May the words quoted from this song bring you a measure of comfort as it did for us.
”If a man should die, can he live again?
Hear the promise God has made:
He will call; The dead will answer.
They shall live at his command.
For he will have a longing
For the work of his own hand.
So have faith, and do not wonder,
For our God can make us stand.
And we shall live forever,
As the work of his own hand ”(Job 14:13-15)
Nancy, Tom and families,
So sorry to read about your father. Thoughts and prayers to you all.
Tom & Michele Tuchek
Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Shatek family. May your memories of all your shared good times help to carry you through this sad time.
