Kay Joann Pacovsky, age 71, of New Hampton, Iowa died on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at her home. Kay donated her body to Mayo Clinic School of Research. Kay is survived by her husband Grant; her children, Jeff (Karla) Pacovsky of Fredericksburg, Iowa, Lisa (Mark) Ollendieck of Cresco, Iowa, Tracy Pacovsky of Waterloo, Iowa, and Michael (Jackie) Pacovsky of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada; seven grandchildren, Amanda (Larry), Jessica, Cody (Trista), Ashleigh (Jeff), Heather, Sadie, and Megan; one great-grandchild Mica; and one sister Diane Froelich of Galesburg, Michigan.She was preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Myra (Metz) Timm; and one sister, Elaine. Memorials: Memorials may be directed to the family. Service: A Private family memorial will be held at a later date.

She was the first person I saw when we walked in, with her smile and wave. I’m glad we had a chance to visit and thought it was so nice when she & you came over to talk to Gary.     We love you so much. We are praying for you because you lost someone so special. Bob will miss the emails. He would look everyday for them. I will miss all our wonderful hour and half phone calls. Kay and I would laugh till our heads would hurt and tears would come from our eyes. We sometimes would say “how can we think of so many things to laugh at?”. Such a dear friend and sister in law she was to me. She is my sweet Angel.
