  3. Irma and family,
My condolences to you and your whole family. I remember fondly having Bob be our families bus driver for years and he was always the most friendly person and easy to talk to. There are not too many people in this world that can be interesting enough to kids that the kids all try to get the front seats. I also remember fondly helping to bale hay for you over the summers and the great food and conversations at the end of the day.
    God bless! -Randy

  4. Our deepest sympathies to Irma and the family. Our loss is heaven’s gain. I have great affection for Bob and Irma. They are both such great christian role models.

Bob always displayed kindness and generosity. I remember when I took some youth to a Lutheran camp in Davenport and I did not have a way to take them all. Bob graciously volunteered his time and resources to drive some of the kids to camp and pick them up. He wanted nothing in return.

  5. Irma & Family, You are in our thoughts and prayers during this sad time of loss. We’ve been neighbors for 19 yrs. I still remember the once empty lot with the dilapdated barn, then your 2 pc home was moved in You both made it a beautiful home. Bob repaired the ole barn and made it a wonderful shed. All the bountiful gardens, beautiful flowers and backyard chats. We loved to see Bob on the scooter, driving around the neighborhood. You are fabulous nighbors. God Bless You All. May God grant you the peace, assurance and comfort to sustain you. We will pray for you all. Don & Deb Morrison, Courteney, Zaccariah & Dillon

  6. Irma, Ruth & Janet:

You have our deepest sympathy. May you find peace to bring you comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.

  7. May you find comfort in the knowledge that your loved one has returned home to the Lord. Sending my deepest condolences. I too have fond memories of Bob growing up, going to elementary school and Bob as our bus driver being the first one to greet us in the morning and to see us home safely each afternoon. Still to this day, as the last day of the school year arrives, I recall how Bob would treat all of us with a (glass) bottle of soda pop and tell us to have a great summer. That was one of the many reasons we looked forward to the last day of school! Thank you Mr. Jensen, you will remain in my memories as a kind and giving man. God Bless!

  8. Irma and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I had heard Bob was sick but didn’t realize he had passed on. It was nice when we were so close as neighbors. Prayers are sent.
