What a great lady. Norb and Delores were like a second set of parents to the Hurd kids, as we spent a lot of time across the highway at their house growing up. Her poppyseed kolaches were the best! Heaven gained another angel. Norb, Mary Jo, Betty , Dennis, and Joe: you are in my thoughts and prayers. What a privilege to have Delores/your mom in my life.

We will really miss our backyard neighbor! She was the best friend, Nicest person to all. And what a baker! I cherish the time a few years ago when she taught my sister Micki and me how to make Kolaches. Even as her health failed, she’d call or come across the yard to visit. You all are in our hearts and prayers as we mourn a great lady.
